Who we are

This website, glorybe.ie, is operated by Todd Kelly, trading as GLORYBE. Our business address and contact details are set out in Contact Information. Shopify provides the platform hosting our store.

Products and orders

Read the product description, material information, care instructions and size guide before placing an order. Images illustrate the products; screen colours can vary, but this does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description. Choose your size, colour and delivery details carefully.

After checkout we send an order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The applicable currency, product prices, discounts, taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout. You can review the total before paying. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. Any separately payable import charges will be disclosed as required by law. If an error is discovered, we will contact you to agree an appropriate resolution rather than impose a higher charge.

Delivery, cancellations and problems

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain production, delivery, cancellations and remedies. Printful fulfils orders on our behalf; GLORYBE remains responsible to you as the seller. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Use of the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate details for your order. Do not interfere with its security or misuse another person's information. GLORYBE branding, original designs and site content belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing or purchasing products does not grant permission to reproduce protected content commercially.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Any consent required for optional marketing or tracking is separate from accepting these terms. Contact us if you have questions about your information.

Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible for obligations that consumer law places on us, including supplying conforming goods and providing required remedies. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with a complaint so we can investigate and try to resolve it. You retain access to applicable consumer advice and dispute-resolution routes.

Irish law applies, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of habitual residence. This does not require you to give up any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The terms applicable when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless you agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
