Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days from placing your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns

For standard, non-personalised clothing, you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Email infoglorybe@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before posting so we can help with return instructions; this does not make your right to cancel subject to approval.

You may try clothing on to check the fit. Handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and fit may result in a deduction for diminished value. Please pack items securely and keep proof of postage.

Return postage

The customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns, including returns because a chosen size does not fit. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

When you cancel your entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy and cover any necessary return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Optional cancellation form

You may use the following wording by email or post, but any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient:
